Deposit Refunds

Your initial $10 deposit for the AutoGrip Ghost is 100% refundable. You can request a full refund of your deposit at any time before you complete the final payment for your unit.

Final Payment and Product Returns

Once the final payment of $79 is completed and your AutoGrip Ghost unit has shipped, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for shipped products unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged AutoGrip Ghost unit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement unit or a full refund, at our discretion. We may require photographic evidence of the defect or damage.

Processing Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
